Commissions – Terms of Services

Process

  • After messaging me on Twitter or via email with your inquiry I will get back to you with any questions I have and send you an invoice with the pricing.

  • After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and ask for adjustments if necessary. After approval of the sketch I will continue working until completion. Progress shots are sent for clarifying important parts of the commission (e.g. to clarify certain color choices if unclear etc.) or if requested by you. If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the drawing (e.g. change pose), I will charge extra.

  • Digital artwork will be delivered in DIN A4 at 300 dpi or custom sizes if required. Maximum size is DIN A3.

  • Animated Emotes will be delivered as GIF files in either a 200×200 pixel format and/or in three file formats for manual mode (28×28px, 56×56px, 112×112px).

  • Static Emotes will be delivered as PNG files also in a 200×200 pixel format and/or in three file formats for manual mode (28×28px, 56×56px, 112×112px)

  • Depending on complexity, the commission will be finished within 1-4 weeks. I can give you an approximate date if required or we could discuss a deadline. Very tight deadlines (1-5 days) will be charged extra though. If delays arise, you will be notified.

Payment

  • All payment should be in $ or € if you're located in the EU via Paypal. I will send an invoice.

  • Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below 200$/€.

  • For amounts greater than 200$/€, I require 50% of the final amount upfront and the other 50% after the work is done.

  • You’ll receive a small resolution/watermarked version for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution after final payment is made.

Rights

  • The artwork is for private use only and may be posted to different social media sites or to personal blogs.

  • The emotes are to be used on your Twitch channel mainly and may be posted to other social media sites for self-promotion etc.

  • You may not sell the artwork nor the emotes on merchandise or by themselves, digital or print, and also not as NFTs or feed it into any AI software. A license for selling the designs as merchandise can be purchased for an additional fee but must be agreed upon beforehand with me, since I would need to create files with higher resolutions.

  • Credits must be given at any time.

  • I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute the emotes on social media and on my portfolio, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Credits and links to your account will be given at all times.
